The two-stage vacuum oil filter is a product used for on-site oil filtering and oil replenishment. It is now a very popular mechanical equipment. It plays an important role in the industry.


The vacuum oil filter is an important auxiliary equipment for the production of oil, and has a wide range of uses in the on-site treatment of transformer oil, turbine oil, machine tool lubricating oil, switch oil and transformer oil.


After using industrial oil for a period of time, water pollution and particle pollution will appear in the oil, which will accelerate the deterioration of the oil, accelerate metal fatigue, aggravate the wear of hydraulic components and cause the insulating oil to lose insulation strength.


The vacuum oil filter can dynamically process oil without stopping production, reduce production and operation costs, prevent waste oil from burning and discharging, and avoid the environmental pollution caused by it. At present, there are many manufacturers of such oil purifiers in my country, but the technical level is not high. Compared with foreign oil purifiers of the same specifications, there is a big gap. High energy consumption, unreasonable structure, and messy shape.


Low oil processing accuracy and other problems. When the vacuum oil filter is working, the insulating oil to be filtered enters the strong magnetic filter (filtration accuracy 80u) under the action of vacuum suction, filters out large particle impurities, and then enters the heater for heating (200-80). The hot oil becomes coarse-grained from the spray device and enters the three-dimensional vacuum flash tower. 


The water begins to evaporate, and the oil mist falls on the three-dimensional flash ball ring to form a very thin oil film (thickness is 0.025mm). The oil film curve moves downward, resulting in a larger aeration area and aeration time maintenance process, to carry out sufficient demulsification, dehydration and degassing separation process.


The mixed gas formed by vaporized water vapor, light hydrocarbons and other gases enters the water-gas separation device, the precipitated water is directly discharged, the water vapor and non-condensable gas enter the vacuum buffer chamber, and the cooling water is directly discharged. The condensed gas is discharged by the vacuum pump.
