This is a mesh type oil filter. Its filter element is made of copper mesh, with one or two layers of copper mesh wrapped on a plastic or metal cylindrical frame, and there are many small holes around the frame. Its filtration accuracy depends on the number of layers of copper mesh and the size of the mesh. This oil filter has a simple structure, large flow rate, and is easy to clean, but the filtration accuracy is low. It is generally used for the suction port of hydraulic pumps.
The wire gap type oil filter is a filter element formed by tightly winding steel wire or aluminum wire on the outside of a cylindrical frame. Impurities mixed in the liquid are filtered out through the tiny gaps between the copper wires. Its structure is simple, the flow rate is large, and the filtering accuracy is higher than that of the mesh oil filter, but it is not easy to clean, and most of them are return oil filters.
There are some unreasonable places in the design of the hydraulic system. Although the probability of this reason is relatively small, it cannot be ruled out. For example, some hydraulic pipelines have too small diameters, some pipe joints are blocked by poor oil flow, and some pipelines have too small bending radius.
The valve hole opening is too small. If it is determined to be this reason, a valve with a larger opening must be used according to demand.
The opening pressure of the safety valve, speed limiting valve, pressure reducing valve, etc. is too high, and the opening pressure of the above valves should be readjusted according to the specified value.
During the oil filtration process, when the water content of the turbine oil is too high, a large amount of oil foam will be generated in the vacuum tank. At this time, open the air valve, reduce the vacuum, and keep the oil foam in the observation hole lower than the center of the observation hole. During normal operation, the vacuum operation can be adjusted, but pay attention to whether the oil level in the vacuum tank is lower than the center hole. The operating temperature of the vacuum pump shall not exceed 75 degrees.
