3. Operation method of the vacuum oil filter

1. Preliminary preparation

select a matching oil and filter element (according to equipment requirements).

Check whether the equipment wiring, sealing ring, waste oil barrel and oil level are normal.


2. Start-up commissioning

Open the exhaust valve, heat to the set temperature and close the exhaust valve.

Start the vacuum pump and open the oil inlet valve after stable operation.


3. Filtration process

Adjust the filtration speed and time according to the oil status.

Clean the filter screen and replace the filter element regularly to ensure the filtration effect.


4. Shutdown maintenance

Close the oil inlet valve first, and turn off the vacuum pump after the equipment is stable.

Open the exhaust valve to drain the residual oil, clean the filter element/filter screen, and check the sealing.


Vacuum oil filter is widely used in industrial oil purification due to its advantages such as high efficiency, environmental protection and multi-function, but attention should be paid to filter element maintenance and cost investment.
