When there are too many impurities deposited on the surface of the filter paper and the filtration pressure rises to 0.35 MPa, or when the water absorbed by the filter paper is close to saturation and the residual water in the filtered oil is no longer reduced, the filter paper should be stopped and replaced. When the viscosity of the oil is high, it can be preheated to reduce the viscosity and then filtered.
Mainly used in mining, metallurgy, petroleum, railways, machinery, chemical industry, textile, cement, power plant, instrumentation and other departments. It plays an important role in the purification and regeneration of various contaminated and deteriorated industrial lubricating oils, prolongs the maintenance cycle and service life of equipment, reduces production costs, can effectively remove pollutants such as water, water-soluble acids, alkalis, mechanical impurities, etc., in oil products, improves the kinematic viscosity, flash point and emulsification properties of oil products, and the oil can quickly restore to the required performance, approaching or reaching the corresponding national new oil standards.
The industrial oil purification device can effectively remove free water and solid contaminants from petroleum-based oils such as hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, turbine oil, etc. It can also bypass or purify the oil separately online as needed.
The industrial oil purification device can remove free water in the medium through demulsification, coalescence and separation. The free water content of the treated medium is less than 200PPM, and can be less than 100PPM at the limit. It can also filter out solid particles in the medium.
