Main features of the high-end two-stage vacuum oil filter:
Fully automatic touch screen PLC with liquid level meter, solenoid valve and water impurity detection instrument to achieve remote automatic control.
1. The high liquid level of the white oil (or other transformer oil) circulation tank gives the oil filter an instruction to start automatically; the outlet moisture detector or impurity detector gives the oil filter an instruction to stop, and the oil filter automatically stops;
2. The moisture separated by the oil filter is instructed by the online liquid level meter and automatically discharged to the vacuum drainage box;
3. The water ring vacuum pump starts automatically; the vacuum pump drainage pump automatically senses and starts drainage; when the vacuum pump stops running, the drainage pump and the vacuum pump water inlet valve are automatically closed;
4. When the vacuum oil filter stops running, the circulating cooling water is automatically disconnected;
5. The oil pump and vacuum pump of the fully automatic oil filter can be started manually separately to facilitate the discharge of residual oil and drying of the oil filter;
The oil to be treated enters the primary filter through the oil inlet valve to remove larger particles of mechanical impurities and then enters the two-stage tubular heat exchanger. The oil temperature gradually rises and is controlled by the temperature controller, and then the flow is balanced and controlled by the oil inlet regulating valve and the oil inlet solenoid valve, and then enters the vacuum separator, using the "cavitation" principle during the period.
The contact area of the oil in the vacuum separator is expanded hundreds of times, and the "cavitation" system makes the oil evaporation surface area continue to increase, and the evaporation interface is constantly updated, which maximizes the oil's travel in the vacuum system and the static water volatilization area, so that the water in the oil can be quickly vaporized and evaporated under the conditions of low heat, high vacuum, large surface, and high pumping speed and discharged by the vacuum system.
The function of the foam sensor prevent the rise of oil foam in the vacuum separation chamber, avoid the phenomenon of oil spraying during the operation of the vacuum pump, and achieve the purpose of automatic defoaming.
The oil after vacuum separation enters the lower part of the vacuum separator. The infrared liquid level controller on the vacuum separator can automatically control the oil inlet solenoid valve so that the internal liquid level does not exceed the designed height. The oil finally rises from negative pressure to positive pressure through the lower part of the vacuum separator, passes through a one-way valve, secondary filtration, and fine filter, and finally outputs qualified oil from the oil outlet.
