How to deal with a vacuum oil purifier oil pump failure?

In this era where everything is pursuing speed and efficiency, in the production work plan, it is natural to require work to be constantly pursued. However, all high-quality work can only be completed under certain prerequisites.

How to deal with the oil pump failure of the vacuum oil purifier?

Before starting the vacuum oil purifier, check the following points:

a) Check whether the oil pump shaft can rotate freely. If the oil pump is stuck, it is likely that foreign matter has entered the oil pump and stuck the gear/screw. This must be corrected immediately.

b) If the oil pump can rotate, but it is difficult to turn, the packing on the shaft is likely a little dry after the oil pump is installed with the sealing cover. In this case, loosen the two fastening screws several times, and then continue to loosen them by hand until the oil pump can rotate freely.

Note: The oil pump should not rotate completely freely, but should have a slight resistance to movement after the sealing cover is installed. If it is still difficult to adjust the fixing screws, tap the oil pump with a soft hammer to prevent the parts in the oil pump from being pressed together during assembly.

c) The oil pump with the sealing cover may leak onto the shaft when it is first started. However, it is wise to let the oil pump run in this leaking state for a short time to stabilize it before the seal cap cannot be adjusted. Then adjust it until the liquid occasionally drips on the seal. Adjustment should be made carefully over 12 hours, and each nut should be adjusted down slightly and evenly each time.
