Ten essential requirements for a vacuum oil filter

1The vacuum oil filter uses the vacuum principle for filtration, which can achieve the dehydration function. It has a good filtration effect and complete performance, but the price is relatively high.

2. At a pressure of 0.5MPa and a temperature of 100℃, the entire system must not have any leakage. 

3.The vacuum oil filter must have temperature display and control functions, and be equipped with over-temperature shutdown and real-time alarm devices.

4.The vacuum system should have cumulative flow, instantaneous flow rate display and control functions.The vacuum oil filter has an oil inlet and outlet, a vacuum pump exhaust port, and a transformer vacuum interface, all of which are DN50.

5. The vacuum oil filter heater adopts electric heating, equipped with a safety pressure valve and a temperature controller to achieve overpressure release. The low temperature (oil temperature) electric heating automatically turns on the heating, and the high temperature automatically turns off (the temperature controller is at 10℃. ~100℃ at any high and low points). To prevent local overheating of the pipeline system, effective protection measures must be taken.

6. The vacuum oil filter needs protection measures such as overpressure automatic shutdown, sound and light alarm, overcurrent, overload, and anti-dry burning, and it can be unattended online to save labor.

7. The vacuum oil filter must have demulsification and micro-water treatment to achieve the circulation purification and water content treatment standards within the national standard range. It has a better filtering and dehydration effect on oil with low water content.

8. High vacuum and high pumping speed can realize the bridge connection of power equipment. Evacuation, filtration and oil filling can work independently or at the same time, which can restore the antioxidant properties of inferior oil and make the insulation value more stable.

9. One machine has multiple functions. This is a necessary requirement for the vacuum oil filter. Since the vacuum oil filter is used on site and the original oil-carrying equipment is used as an oil storage tank, the hot oil can circulate between the machine and the equipment, thereby filtering the oil, regenerating and drying the hot oil circulation at the same time, saving labor and time, and it is indeed killing two birds with one stone.

10. The vacuum oil filter requires a bridge-type vacuum connection system, which can be used as an oil filter, as well as an independent vacuum source, a vacuum oil-filled electrical insulation device.
