The production, sale and use of oil purification equipment (such as lubricating oil, transformer oil, fuel oil and other purification equipment) require corresponding qualifications and certifications to ensure its safety, environmental protection and effectiveness. The following are common qualification requirements:

1. Production qualifications

- Business license: The manufacturer must hold a legal business license, and the business scope must include the production and sale of oil purification equipment.

- ISO 9001 quality management system certification: proves that the company has a complete quality management system to ensure stable product quality.

- ISO 14001 environmental management system certification (optional): If the equipment involves ecological protection requirements, it is recommended to obtain this certification.

- CE certification (for export to the EU market): Meet EU safety, health and environmental protection requirements.

- UL certification (for the US market): Prove that the product meets US safety standards.

2. Industry-specific certifications

- Explosion-proof certification (such as ATEX, IECEx): If the equipment is used in flammable and explosive environments (such as the petroleum and chemical industries), it must pass explosion-proof certification.

- API certification (American Petroleum Institute certification): Applicable to purification equipment in the oil and gas industries.

- RoHS certification (for electronic and electrical equipment): ensure that the equipment does not contain harmful substances.

3. Product performance certification

- Third-party test report: a test report issued by an authoritative organization (such as SGS, BV, TÜV) to prove that the equipment purification effect meets industry standards.

- Energy efficiency certification (such as China Energy Efficiency Label, EU ErP Directive): prove that the equipment is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.

4. Environmental protection and safety certification

- Environmental protection approval: If the equipment involves waste oil treatment or discharge, it must comply with the requirements of the local environmental protection department (such as China's environmental impact assessment approval).

- Work safety license: Some countries or regions require that the production of special equipment must obtain a work safety license.

5. Industry access qualifications

- Power industry: For example, transformer oil purification equipment may need to comply with the national grid or industry standards (such as DL/T 521).

- Shipbuilding industry: Classification society certification (such as CCS, DNV, ABS, etc.) must be met.

- Food grade certification (such as FDA, NSF): If the equipment is used for food-grade lubricant purification.

6. After-sales service qualifications

- After-sales service certification (such as GB/T 27922): proves that the company has a complete after-sales service system.

Notes:

- Differences in different countries/regions: For example, China needs to comply with GB standards, the EU needs to comply with EN standards, and the United States needs to comply with ANSI/API standards.

- Customer requirements: Some large companies (such as oil and power companies) may require suppliers to have specific qualifications (such as Sinopec and State Grid access qualifications).

It is recommended to clarify the target market and industry requirements before purchasing or production, and ensure that the equipment has all the necessary qualifications to avoid legal or commercial risks.
